Responsibilities
In the role of VDC Coordinator you will:
- Set objectives and standards for BIM/coordination work closely with project teams and support VDC initiatives.
- Address various requests with innovative solutions that can be applied universally across projects.
- Oversee coordination meetings direct planning and scheduling efforts and mentor team members enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee BIM environments explore innovative solutions and provide targeted training and conflict resolution.
- Maintain the integrity and consistency of work across projects advancing practices and ensuring uniformity.
Requirements
To excel as a VDC Coordinator you will need:
- Preferably a fouryear degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- 35 years in VDC projects with a comprehensive understanding of model creation and project phases across various software platforms.
- Deep knowledge of design phases construction workflows and production cycles.
- Expertise in 3D modeling and coordination tools such as ACC Revit & Navisworks.
- Ability to tackle complex challenges with inventive solutions and strategic decisionmaking.
