Job Description

A Project and Resources Manager with exceptional organisational numerical and interpersonal skills is needed to join an innovative consultancy that combine visual and systems thinking along with data mapping techniques to help people understand anything thats big complex ambiguous or difficult! Working from their Oxford city centre office (a least 3 days a week) the Project and Resources Manager will play a vital role bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver client projects.

As the Project & Resources Manager youll collaborate closely with the Consulting and Project Leads spearheading endtoend project management and optimising team utilisation through resource planning and administration. Your role encompasses meticulous monitoring of project progress budget adherence and revenue forecasting as well as leading monthly invoicing. Driving kickoff meetings internal progress sessions and project debriefs youll make sure the right team is assembled and everyone understands their part in delivering the project plan. From measuring project outcomes and consulting team key results to supporting SOW (Statement Of Work) production your pivotal role ensures client project success and continuous improvement.

To qualify... You should be a Project and Resources Manager / Project Manager / Resource Planning Supervisor / Resource Optimisation Manager / Project Resource Manager / Operations & Capacity Manager / Resource Utilisation Manager or similar with a CV and cover letter that shows:

  • Degree level qualification and a minimum of three years practical experience of project management and coordination of resources in a commercial setting
  • Excellent administration organisation time management and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail. Good proficiency with numbers and comfortable dealing with financial information and spreadsheets. Financial experience highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills you can win trust and communicate clearly in internal and clientfacing contexts (written and verbal)
  • The ability to multitask simultaneously scheduling and managing multiple projects of different scales needing different teams
  • Calm under pressure; a creative problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Experience of or aptitude for learning Productive our project and resource management tool

SALARY: 35 45k Benefits
