Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager you will lead and oversee projects related to water resources and wastewater treatment plants. Your responsibilities will span from project planning to execution. We operate as an openbook company providing full transparency into project finances. You will have the opportunity to earn a share of the projects profits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and provide solutions to challenges.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of construction professionals.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure clear expectations among team members.
• Oversee project budgeting and financial reporting and identify costsaving opportunities.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and project stakeholders providing regular updates.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on structural concrete.
• Experience with selfperforming construction companies overseeing all aspects of builds.
• Prior responsibility for project financials (profit/loss).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam HCSS Procore/Prolog.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel Word Teams).
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
