- 8 years of handson experience in Mainframe development with a focus on Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Expertise in Policy Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Mainframe technologies including COBOL JCL and DB2.
- Indepth understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance domain processes and requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
