Position Overview: The ideal applicant will have a strong background in employment law and expertise with a wide range of employmentrelated issues. We represent both plaintiffs and corporate clients therefore the work is diverse and needs a thorough understanding of employment law concerns. This position demands a proactive and detailoriented individual who can offer strategic advice to customers while efficiently managing caseloads. Experience with partnership conflicts complicated incentive schemes trade secret litigation accommodation management leave and wagehour compliance is preferred
Responsibilities:
This is an inperson role. Hybrid work may be considered after six months of employment.

Benefits and Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $135000 to $155000 based on experience. We offer a dynamic compensation scheme for senior associate level attorneys which allows opportunity for company development without jeopardizing bonus eligibility after reaching 1500 billable hours.
