- Understands how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations. Applies this information in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line.
- Works closely with Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) to provide engineering work related to ECS Air Conditioning System of new developments and airplanes in service.
- Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify that aircraft, sub-systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
- Develops ECS Air Conditioning solutions and provides integration with other areas (other ECS sub-systems, interfacing Systems, Structure, Aerodynamics, Safety Integration, etc).
