Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the frontline ambassador for our company interacting with customers to provide information resolve issues and ensure a positive experience. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with our valued customers.

Job Description:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency aiming for firstcontact resolution.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge promotions and company updates to better assist customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
  • Uphold company values and policies while maintaining a positive and customerfocused attitude.

Requirements

Requirement / Skills Needed:
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service professional particularly in Australian Telco companies or similar is required.
  • Experience utilizing phone systems is a musthave.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Proficient in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: On Site (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM5:30 PM (AEST) 5:30 AM2:30 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime


All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
