GovFirst is currently seeking a Senior Open Source Intelligence Analyst to support our client in Alexandria VA.
Our client is currently expanding their OSINT research team. They are seeking analyst for searching locating organizing and analyzing terrorist data from open sources (primarily Internet and social media).
Arabic language proficiency required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct indepth research evaluation analysis integration and interpretation of information sourced from various open channels.
- Produce highquality intelligence products on a daily weekly and monthly basis including briefings and analytical papers.
- Communicate findings effectively and accurately to team members management clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations on areas of focus and expertise.
- Navigate various social media platforms proficiently and adapt quickly to new and emerging platforms and technologies.
- Maintain meticulous organization of ongoing and completed research ensuring accessibility for self and others.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in conducting OSINT research particularly in the context of terrorism and terrorist related activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise research reports in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines including willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media monitoring tools.
- Commitment to the mission of exposing security threats and dangerous ideological content.
- Minimum twoyear commitment required.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Language Requirement:
- Advanced proficiency in Arabic language.
This position is inoffice. We are seeking candidates for longterm engagement who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of security intelligence.
Poficiency in Microsoft Windows server management.
