Customer Service Representative Swedish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company/contact centre that is looking for a Swedishspeaking Customer Representativeto join their teams in Athens.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens Greece (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle allincoming contacts from customers over the phone and chat/email
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modificationsrates and/or availability extranet tooling usage etc. or guests with their stay and reservations
• Use adequate tools processesand/or methodsto ensure the provision ofaccurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service isdelivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in Swedish & Fluent in English (B2) both orally and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Previous work experience incustomer service
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
