**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes product development lifecycle and possess strong analytical capabilities to drive product enhancements and improvements. The Product Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation ensuring that our products meet the needs of both our customers and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Requirement Gathering and Analysis:**
Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers developers and clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.

2. **Product Roadmap Development:**
Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategic plans aligning them with business objectives and market demands.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements based on market trends competitive analysis and customer feedback.

3. **Documentation and Communication:**
Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents use cases and process flows.
Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals requirements and timelines.

4. **Data Analysis and Insights:**
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns trends and insights that drive product decisions and optimizations.
Utilize datadriven approaches to monitor product performance and KPIs making recommendations for improvements as needed.

5. **User Acceptance Testing (UAT):**
Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing to validate product functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Work closely with QA teams to resolve any issues or defects identified during testing phases.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
Actively participate in retrospectives and postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for process improvement.
Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders to iterate on product features and functionality driving continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a productfocused environment.
Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make datadriven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
