We are a dynamic startup based in Bangalore driven by innovation and committed to creating a positive impact in the industry. As we continue to grow rapidly we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager HR Operations and Payroll.

Role Overview:

As the Manager/Senior Manager HR Operations and Payroll you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR processes and payroll functions. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations compliance with statutory regulations and delivering exceptional payroll services. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and a handson approach to drive HR excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee endtoend HR operations including but not limited to employee onboarding off boarding attendance management leave administration and employee data management.

Develop implement and streamline HR policies processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory regulations and company policies related to HR operations and payroll.

Manage and execute payroll processing accurately and on time including salary calculations deductions reimbursements and statutory compliance.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address employee queries resolve issues and provide timely support on HRrelated matters.

Lead and mentor the HR operations team fostering a culture of continuous learning growth and collaboration.

Analyze HR and payroll data to generate insights trends and metrics for informed decisionmaking and process improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes in HR operations and payroll management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree or professional certification in HR is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.

Proven track record of leading HR operations and payroll functions effectively with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Sound knowledge of labor laws payroll regulations and compliance requirements in India.

Proficiency in HRIS payroll software and MS Office suite. Experience with HRMS implementation is desirable.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.

Demonstrated leadership abilities including team management coaching and conflict resolution.
