Zoho CRM Engineer

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Customization and Configuration:
   

   • Customize Zoho CRM modules to align with business processes.
     
   • Configure and optimize workflows validation rules and assignment rules.
     

2. Integration:
   

   • Integrate Zoho CRM with thirdparty applications APIs and other business systems.
     
   • Develop and maintain data synchronization processes between Zoho CRM and other platforms.
     

3. Automation:
   

   • Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes.
     
   • Develop and maintain scripts using Deluge scripting language for advanced customization.
     

4. Reports and Dashboards:
   

   • Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
     
   • Implement and optimize data analytics within Zoho CRM.
     

5. Training and Support:
   

   • Provide training sessions for endusers and internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities.
     
   • Offer ongoing support to resolve issues troubleshoot errors and optimize system performance.
     

6. Security and Access Control:
   

   • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data integrity.
     
   • Configure rolebased access controls to ensure proper data access levels.
     

7. Documentation:
   

   • Document customizations configurations and processes for future reference.
     
   • Keep documentation uptodate with changes and enhancements.
     

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
   
2. Minimum of 3 years of handson experience with Zoho CRM development.
   
3. Proficient in Deluge scripting language.
   
4. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.
   
5. Experience in integrating Zoho CRM with other applications and systems.
   
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Zoho CRM Developer Certification.
   
2. Experience with other Zoho applications (Zoho Creator Zoho Analytics etc.).
   
3. Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
   
4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
