Azure Cloud Administrator - FinOps

At Kapres Technology we are looking for a Azure Cloud Administrator FinOps to work for an important client in the automotive industry.

Profile

• Experience in designing building and operating cloud services.
• At least 3 years experience in Azure Cloud Architectures (Microsoft Azure Administration or Data path certifications).
• Implement and manage automated tools to help identify cost trends anomalies and track budget (actuals vs estimates)
• Work with our technical teams to design and implement new services in the most costefficient way
• Set and Track budgets as per customer requirements (by Account by Project by cost centre etc)
• Work with the financial teams on budget forecast tagging and related FinOps centric KPIs and SLA analytics and reporting requirements
• Create and oversee a cloud billing dashboard to track manage and optimize cloud costs and Reserved Instance purchases.
• Passion for the DevOps culture and principles and desire to work on this area

Mandatory skills & knowledge

• English B2
• Management of Microsoft data platforms and their components: Synapse Databricks Datalake ADSL Gen2 ADF SQL pool Spark pool for platform configuration and administration.
• MS Azure SQL database management and administration.
• Microservices Management on Dockers or Kubernetes platforms (AKS).
• Use of frameworks for the deployment of services such as IaC. Terraform CloudFormation and Biceps.
• Work in a dynamic environment and produce highquality work under tight deadlines.
• Certificaciones: Azure Administrator (AZ104) DP 203 Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure DP 500 Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure o similar
• Design implement and manage cloudbased infrastructure applications and services
• Experience with onprem environments: networking storage compute and integration between cloud & onprem services.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor and tune the configuration of services in Azure to ensure optimal performance identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Experience with various enterprise applications ideally SAP and IT services as well as software development compliance and security and IT operations disciplines.
• Responsible for developing maintaining and supporting the cloud optimization practice and make recommendations on reserved capacity strategy utilization optimization opportunities product architectural recommendations to promote cost savings and discounts for optimization.
• Collaborate with technology teams to incorporate cost management best practices into cloud platforms via tagging alerting and configurations that supports financial monitoring of cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of app & data architectures and cloud native patterns for development etc.
• Mandatory knowledge (proved experience)
• Experience rearchitecting applications for cloud platforms.
• Lead develop and implement the processes and capabilities required that ensure costs optimization.
• Experience in driving deep architectural discussions to help customers ensure they are making the most costefficient cloud usage choices.
• NoSQL Databases
• Azure Administrator knowledge.
• Azure Data Factory: Develop generic solutions optimizing extraction process and manage IRs.
• Databricks: Good handling with Spark Clusters Spark Jobs Lakehouse.
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
