Overview:
The Business Development Executive is a vital role within the organization responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new opportunities and expansion of existing partnerships. This position plays a key role in identifying potential clients building relationships and closing deals thus contributing directly to the companys success and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and industry networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth
- Create and present persuasive proposals and presentations to key stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met within the specified timeline
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in events and conferences to promote the companys products or services
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Report on sales activity and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner
Responsibilities:
3 Years of Experience in Business Development IT Sales Cold Calling Email Campaign
Drive monthly/quarterly sales and margin targets
Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement
Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer base
Plan outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
Share daily weekly & monthly Reports/forecast
Generate and own a pipeline of deals
Maintain and provide accurate information to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Provide sell and negotiate product information pricing special offers and promotions
Build strong pipe doing demand generation activities like telecalling data build & customer reach
Requirement

> Prior sales experience is preferred.
> Good Logical and Analytical skills.
