• The Senior HR/Payroll Analyst will works under the HR/Payroll Team Lead Analyst in close collaboration with other analysts in order to support multiples implemantation projects and daily maintenance;
  
• Analyze implement and sustain the Payroll Features (JDE) and other related systems in a cost effective and efficient manner for mines sites;
  
• Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures;
  
• Perform indepth tests including enduser reviews for modified and new application functions;
  
• Coordinate when required the work from consultants on enhancement projects.
  

Requirements

Les exigences requises pour effectuer ce mandat sont:

• Solid knowledge in JD Edwards HR / Payroll module process and features;
  
• Knowledge of UKG (Kronos) is an asset;
  
• Analytical and creative problemsolving abilities with attention to detail;
  
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and userfriendly language with a diverse client base;
  
• Possibility of travelling maybe required depending on assigned area and projects;
  
• Ability to work as a team member;
  
• Bilingual (French/English) required.
