We are about to cross 100k on our LinkedIn page. Looking for social media geeks who can take this forward to 300k.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business and brand goals

• Work towards increasing brand awareness and brand recall of Supersourcing through social media

• Set specific objectives and report on ROI

• Generate edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news)

• Collaborate with other teams like marketing sales and product to ensure brand consistency

• Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Carousels videos memes)

• Stay uptodate with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience of 2 years as a Social media executive/manager

• Handson experience in content management

• Knowledge of online marketing channels

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical and multitasking skills
