Senior Power Platform Developer

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) encompassing requirements gathering analysis design development testing and production.

Provide support in postproduction within an agile development environment.

Develop application prototypes for demonstration purposes prior to fullscale development.

Develop and maintain custom power flow and automation solutions to facilitate enterprise solution integration.

Design and maintain custom forms using PowerApps and Approval Workflow.

Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for support including externalization documentation.

Provide comprehensive administration support for SharePoint online environments including site creation and management group and permission management in alignment with IS policies and regulations.

Utilize Promoted Links to establish site navigation within the root site collection for userfriendly navigation.

Use PowerShell scripting to enable classification of SharePoint "modern" sites configure retention for OneDrive create multiple SharePoint groups and manage group access.

Manage end user accounts permissions and access rights ensuring compliance with IS policies and regulations.

Prepare enduser documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into SharePoint to facilitate informed business decisionmaking.

Execute administration tasks such as managing sites users and groups using PowerShell scripts or PowerFlow.

Introduce and integrate Office 365 applications/features such as Yammer Planner Delve and Teams to enhance SharePoint capabilities.

Design using SharePoint Online Provisioning Service and organize the intranet with SharePoint hub sites.

Adhere to company and departmental procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

Possess Microsoft certification with over 6 years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

Proficient in designing and developing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform utilizing Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Apps Portal and Common Data Service (CDS).

Skilled in developing and utilizing OutoftheBox (OOTB) SharePoint Components including Lists Views Content Types and Web Parts.

Experienced in Power Automate including working with services triggers actions conditions parallelism and loops. Knowledgeable in running flows on schedules calling custom business services using approval options observing flows Team flows extending Power Apps with Flow and extending Flow with Power Apps.

Competent in using and managing various Office 365 components such as Office 365 Group OneDrive Teams Planner Stream Sway ToDo OneNote Yammer and Office Online.

Proficient in various SharePoint administrative activities including SharePoint security implementation and PowerShellbased automation.

Skilled in InfoPath Power App and Nintex form for designing developing and defining data structures of electronic forms and integrating them within the SharePoint platform.

Conduct formal and informal meetings with multiple users to gather requirements and provide solutions to existing problems.
