Description:
This role entails fostering strong relationships with various levels of stakeholders acting as the primary client liaison and analyzing business processes for enhancement opportunities. Responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable requirements proposing system solutions evaluating thirdparty options managing projects and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
The detailed roles and responsibilities are listed below:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong client relationships with financial officers.
Promote collaboration between the development team and clients.
Act as the primary client contact understanding their needs and challenges.
Analyze existing business processes for improvement opportunities.
Business Analyst for Application Development:
Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements.
Design software solutions aligned with client needs.
Review and validate proposed solutions seeking client feedback.
Develop test cases and acceptance criteria based on client requirements.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
Assess the impact of process and software changes on the organization.
Develop and implement change management plans.
Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.
Business Analyst for the Procurements of ThirdParty Solutions:
Evaluate thirdparty solutions for compatibility with client needs and business objectives.
Document the pros and cons of each potential solution considering factors such as features cost scalability and technical fit.
Make clear and datadriven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders providing a basis for informed decisions.
Oversee the implementation of procured solutions ensuring they meet expectations and are integrated seamlessly into existing systems.
Project Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans encompassing tasks timelines and resource requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate communication among project teams ensuring effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
