- Manage, co-ordinate and direct analysts and consultants to develop all aspects of the FM strategy, delivery plan and operational requirements for TROJENA - NEOM.
- Contribute to developing the scope of work and procurement of consultant contract to develop options for FM strategy, including the associated business cases.
- Capitalize on knowledge and experience of different FM revenue/recovery models to provide input to the proposed FM business case for TROJENA.
- Work closely with Internal stakeholders and Finance teams to develop presentations to ExCom for approval of the proposed FM Management strategy & Operations business model for TROJENA.
