Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking a MT licensed Physical Therapist to cover home health and outpatient. Approximately 70% of work for assignment is home health based and the remaining workload 30% is outpatient. Home health experience preferred.
Shift: Primarily scheduled 5 8 hour shifts (Monday Friday)
