We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Consultant proficient in Incident Problem and Change Management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective solutions conducting root cause analysis for repeated incidents and implementing permanent resolutions. Additionally the candidate should be capable of executing standard and small changes to the organization setup as well as engaging in discussions with both business and corporate users to understand requirements and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Incident Problem and Change Management activities within SAP GRC.
Provide root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent solutions.
Execute standard changes using run book driven activities.
Implement small changes to the organization setup as required.
Engage in discussions with business and corporate users to understand requirements and address issues.
Proficiently handle SAP Security & Authorization tasks.
Demonstrate knowledge in auditing rules and regulatory requirements.
Define policies and ensure compliance within the SAP environment.
Work on SAP Identity Management.
Have experience in at least one implementation/rollout project and one support project.
Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Integration with SAP GRC Modules.
Authorization Concept for SAP Fiori on SAP.
Concepts on S/4 HANA.
Additional proficiency in SAP Security & Authorization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Certification in SAP GRC or related areas preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP GRC consulting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
