Responsibilities:
As a Customer Advisor with our client youll play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with their new and valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers through various channels providing personalised and attentive service.
Drafting detailed proposals and contracts ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation.
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting necessary calculations and analysis to support the decisionmaking processes.
Providing support across various tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Benefits
The Package:
Up to 25000 salary with potential for bonuses up to 5000.
Holiday allowance of 22 days per year with an increase of 1 day for every year of service (up to a max of 30 days).
