Functions

• Leadership Skills with a handson approach: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large crossfunctional team in a hospitality or real estate asset management firm fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Proven ability to be handson diving into details when necessary while also maintaining a strategic perspective in alignment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Operations Expertise & Process Excellence: Extensive experience in property or facilities management with a strong understanding of real estate operations financial management and customer service. A knack for defining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and maintain highquality service delivery.
• Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for Innovation: An inclination towards embracing technology and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness and tenant experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders. Spanish is a plus.
