Title: Remote DAMIS System Support

As a DAMIS System Support Specialist youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our DAMIS system providing technical assistance to users and ensuring the systems optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular monitoring troubleshooting and maintenance of the DAMIS system to uphold its optimal performance and availability.
Offer technical assistance and support to users encountering issues with DAMIS including diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems resolving user inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Create and maintain training materials and documentation for DAMIS users ensuring they have the necessary resources to utilize the system effectively.
