Position: LMS Transformation Program Manager

Location: New York City NY ***Day 1 Onsite***

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Administration:

o Assist project managers in developing project plans timelines and budgets.

o Maintain and update project schedules tracking progress against milestones.

o Create and distribute clear project documentation such as status reports meeting minutes and project updates.

o Organize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail.

Communication and Collaboration:

o Act as a liaison between project teams clients and other stakeholders.

o Facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.

o Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed.

o Conduct and lead project meetings ensuring followup and action items are addressed.

Resource Management:

o Assist in allocating resources (personnel equipment materials) efficiently.

o Coordinate with different departments to secure necessary support for projects.

Risk and Issue Management:

o Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

o Track and manage project issues working with the team to find solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

o Contribute to the review and analysis of project performance.

o Suggest process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

o Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. business administration project management) or equivalent experience.

o Experience: 13 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.

o Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

o Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

o Team player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.

o Problemsolving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure.

o Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello) is a plus.

o Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
