Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Versailles CT

12 Months Contract

Essential Skills:

Provide enduser support for personal computer systems peripherals networks and enduser software

Participate in planning design and installation of new technologies

Conduct discussions with end users to determine hardware and software requirements

Assist in user relocations and ensure compliance with information security implications

Manage inventory and asset management documentation

Facilitate AV solutions and provide ongoing support

Educate and train new employees on equipment use and company policies

Order activate and provide training on mobile device services

Desirable Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

35 years of technologyrelated experience

Experience supporting small to mediumsized networks

Strong analytical technical and administrative skills
