Job Description
Model Development:
Design implement and finetune Large Language Models with a specific emphasis on models like GPT.
Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate the latest advancements in language modelling into our projects.
Data Processing and Analysis:
Work closely with data scientists to preprocess and analyze large datasets ensuring they are suitable for training and evaluating language models.
Implement effective strategies for feature engineering and data augmentation to
enhance model performance.
Optimization and Scaling:
Optimize and scale existing language models for improved efficiency resource
utilization and deployment in production environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of models.
Research and Innovation:
Stay abreast of the latest research in Large Language Models including GPT and
similar architectures.
Contribute to the development of proprietary advancements translating research
findings into practical applications.
Model Evaluation and Testing:
Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols to evaluate model
performance reliability and robustness.
Analyze experiment results to iterate on models and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science AI or a related field but however if you are a great problem solver a dropout is also welcome.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing Large Language Models including handson experience with GPT or similar models.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and tools.
Solid understanding of natural language processing deep learning and related technologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with the intricacies of language models including GPT variants.
This position is for the Nagpur office candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
