Minimum Qualifications:
Supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or inhouse) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
Bachelors degree in computer science computer science engineering or related experience required; advanced degree.
Prior handson experience in managing Talent Platforms Cornerstone On Demand and Oracle HCM platform Global HR is essential.
Develop inbound / Outbound File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience in reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summaries for the team.
Prior Experience in consuming Oracledelivered API and integrating with enterprise applications Experience with Agile(Scrum) Rally Jira Confluence and Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud.
Project Prior experience in automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will add advantages.
Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be an added advantage.
Prior experience of automating the Code deployment process will be an added advantage.
