SAP GDPR using ILM E4

1. GDPR Compliance:

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and assess data processing activities identifying areas of noncompliance with GDPR requirements.
   • Develop and implement strategies within SAP ILM E4 to align data management processes with GDPR principles.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR regulations.

2. SAP ILM E4 Implementation:

   • Design configure and implement SAP ILM E4 solutions to manage data across its lifecycle in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
   • Customize ILM functionalities to meet specific business needs related to data retention archiving and deletion.

3. Data Mapping and Classification:

   • Work closely with business units to map and classify sensitive data within the SAP landscape.
   • Implement data classification mechanisms using SAP ILM E4 to ensure proper handling of personal and sensitive information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion:

   • Define and enforce data retention policies based on legal business and compliance requirements.
   • Configure automated data deletion processes within SAP ILM E4 to manage the lifecycle of data in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of GDPR compliance measures and SAP ILM E4 configurations.
   • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on the status of GDPR compliance initiatives and data management activities.

6. Training and Support:

   • Provide training to endusers and stakeholders on SAP ILM E4 functionalities and best practices for GDPR compliance.
   • Offer ongoing support to resolve any issues related to SAP ILM E4 and ensure continuous alignment with GDPR requirements.

7. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with IT security legal and privacy teams to ensure a holistic approach to GDPR compliance.
   • Work with SAP technical teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in SAP ILM E4.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on GDPR compliance.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP ILM E4 including configuration customization and implementation.
• Strong understanding of GDPR principles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data management issues.
