Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution architecture and design to modernize legacy

• billing applications using ORMB product and roll out to different lines
• of business in UHC
• Responsible for Requirement Analysis Process flows design FITGAP
• Solution Design and development of Blueprint/FSDs/TDDs managing
• User Acceptance Testing Trainings
• Develop technical and functional designs for inbound and outbound
• interfaces from ORMB.
• Provide demos and overviews to business stakeholders get
• alignment on solution options optimizing cost vs impact.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• developers quality engineers.
• Collaborate with other enterprise architects to drive overall solution
• architecture with partner applications.
• Analyze the current functionality for the application and performing
• POCs for implementing new features released in new ORMB upgrade
• releases.
• Troubleshoots and identifies system bugs and inefficiencies within
• existing systems and develop fixes to support the business
• requirements.
• Provides technical guidance and assistance for the team to analyze
• test the systems and troubleshoot critical program errors and bugs.
• Assist business users in change management by providing trainings
• support during user acceptance testing and postproduction roll out
• of the application.
