Position: AGM/DGM Procurement Transmission & Distribution
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 1015 years of relevant experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
BOQ preparation including Electrical BOQ Civil BOQ in consultation with civil engineering team etc for the bid submission with effective utilization of databank from previous executed projects.
To raise the various queries from the tender documents & deviations considered while preparing BOQs.
Coordination with Marketing team for tender queries.
Site survey to collect the details of existing substations & plots for new substations.
Identifying Scope of Work for Preparation of Drawing/ Document List.
Preparation of EHV HV and LV AIS layouts SLD design calculations vendor drawings review & inspection as per Technical Specification & project/client requirement.
Understanding the scope of the project & accordingly proceed with the plan decided.
Preparing SLD General Arrangement drawing Electrical layout Plan & sections DSLP Layout Erection key Diagram Structural Layouts Cable Routing Layouts Earthmat layouts etc.
Technical Evaluation & checking of offers received from Vendors.
Preparing technical submission documents to client for approval.
Coordinating with vendors/supplier for the technical clarification of substation equipment with respect to the requirement of the project.
Coordination with Site Engineers for execution and ensuring it in accordance with designs & drawings.
Coordination with procurement/purchase team for issues of suppliers.
Site survey to collect the details of existing substations.
Meeting & correspondence with clients for discussions & approvals of various drawings & document.
