- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix, ensuring they are up-to-date and securely configured.
- Administer cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implement best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Deploy and manage enterprise-level applications, databases, and middleware technologies.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to plan and execute infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to system administration tasks and processes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
