As a Recruitment Onboarding Admin you will oversee the recruitment needs for all business units within our client including subsidiary companies under the brand as necessary. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating and participating in weekly Recruitment Progress Meetings (RPM) with Hiring Managers.

What do you need to succeed

  • At least 35 years of Recruitment Onboarding and Admin experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite is essential
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • High attention to detail and ability to proofread external communications such as contracts of employment etc.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Solutionfocused attitude
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to team members when required in a senior capacity.


What awaits you in this role

  • Manage recruitment requirements for all Access Group Australia business units.
  • Include other subsidiary companies with the Access Group brand when required.
  • Organize and attend weekly Recruitment Progress Meetings (RPM) with Hiring Managers to ensure the hiring pipeline remains up to date and relevant to the operational needs of the business unit.
  • Provide insight and information to assist Hiring Managers in making resourcing decisions when required.
  • Promptly action internal recruitment requests and effectively communicate progress with hiring managers.
  • Draft adverts prescreen and conduct background checks on applicable applicants.
  • Facilitate onboarding paperwork and initiate employment contracts through the relevant approval process.
  • Arrange medicals and mobilization requirements for approved new starters.
  • Assist with the induction process of employees on a weekly basis or when required.
  • Contribute to business systems to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn to promote Access Group s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and update the network on active role opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to the Internal Recruiter role when required.
  • Investigate opportunities for accessing external talent including but not limited to relationships with external employment providers to assist with business unit resourcing.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for all new employees in line with State and Territory legislation.
  • Manage recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and relevance of all data.
