The Group is currently merging talents and skills of a multicultural team of more than 140 people coming from 20 countries and it operates through 4 divisions and two companies in Middle East: Ceremonies Division; Events and Brand Experiences Division; Destination Experiences Division; Immersive Shows Division; BWSKSA the branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and HQWS the company based in Dubai UAE and serving the whole MEA Region creating and delivering events and activations.


The role

In Events & Brand Experiences we are creative and strategic partners working on multichannel projects that generate longlasting legacies across luxury lifestyle culture fashion and tech.

The Cost Control Coordinator will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer the Operations Supervisor the Unit s Top Management the BU s Head of Departments and the Company Admin & Finance Departments to manage all the cost control aspects of the unit.


Key responsibilities

Economic Planning Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Support the Operations Department in daily activities focusing on Economic and Financial aspects.
  • Handle economic planning analysis and forecasting including budgeting business controlling cost controlling and the presentation of uptodate and yearoveryear business analyses.
  • Model and present adhoc analyses as requested by Heads of Departments (HODs) or Units Top Management.

Economic Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer Operations Supervisor and Operations Coordinator for the Units economic reporting to Executive Management and Finance Department.
  • Ensure timely reporting on various channels including daily businessfocused reports to Units Top Management and monthly reports to Finance and the Group
  • Manage the Unit s budgeting and reporting tool (Procim)

Cashflow Monitoring and Management:
  • Oversee cashflow management and control costs by monitoring project cashflows and budgets
  • Develop potential new systems for financial monitoring.
  • Monitor Rate Cards of different clients

Coordination:
  • Support the Group Finance Department of the company by bridging information between Company level (Finance / Admin depts) and BU Level (Production/Account/Guests Management depts)
  • Recommend changes in policies or procedures that could possibly improve economical performance


Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant role
  • Degree in Economics Finance or Accounting
  • General understanding of strategic functional areas including HR Finance Admin & Procurement Controlling Business and Production.

Software skills:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and experience with adhoc budgeting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP software (SAP Netsuite) is advantageous.

This is a fulltime inpresence Milanbased position.
