Schedule:
Monday Friday: 10:30am 7:15pm
Saturday (every 4th Sat.) 8:45am12:15pm
Daily Tasks:
- Handle outbound calls to previously scheduled customers
- Confirm appointments
- Call needed followups
- Handle customer conflicts
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer software skills
- Goal Oriented
- Positive Attitude and Competitive Mindset
- Proper phone etiquette
