To Handle first level Complaints of Employee PFA Policy Holders
To Plan for daily monthly and yearly activities
To Conduct and Monitor branch activities on daily basis.
To provide Training and inputs to the team.
To maintain the desired product mix
To Interact with senior management for the resolution of critical issues.
