Job Opportunity: PreSales Specialist

We are currently looking for a motivated and detailoriented Solar PreSales Specialist to join our sales team. The role will be responsible for evaluating potential solar projects analyzing customer energy needs and supporting the team in preparing proposals and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales preferably in presales knowledge about solar energy systems and a passion for driving innovation in the renewable energy industry.

Your Mission

  • Qualify Leads eg: engage with potential customers understand their needs and motivations.
  • Make analysis and present recommendations to the Head of Sales on how to improve lead qualification processes
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Civil or Environmental) Sustainability Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous 2 years experience in Sales. PreSales experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience in solar energy or the solar industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot Pipedrive etc)
  • Proficient in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus
