Responsibilities:

and nbsp; perform system analysis and nbsp;design testing and implementation of applications and ensure they comply with and nbsp;strategy and standards.

provide systems analysis and and nbsp;design expertise in the development and maintenance of the Ministry application and nbsp;systems

analyze user requirements and nbsp;generation of prototypes for user consultation and the design testing and nbsp;documentation implementation and maintenance of applications and nbsp;

coordinate analyses and nbsp;develops and implements solutions for complex problems

consult with clients on the and nbsp;changes/modifications recommend and develop training plans and monitor and nbsp;operational performance

plan application development and nbsp;activities provide direction guidance and technical support to programming and nbsp;staff and train junior team members

knowledge of rulesbased and nbsp;engines based in COTS applications like and nbsp;IBM Cram

knowledge of front end and nbsp;webbased technologies and datamining/reportingbased COTS tools encompassing and nbsp;feasibility studies requirements definition analysis prototyping system and nbsp;design implementation testing and maintenance
