Job Title : Change Management Consultant

Duration : 12months

Job Description;

10 years of Change Management/Transformation Experience within Operations They are not looking for someone with a technology

transformation or a trading transformation background. Project management acumen Governance experience

Most must haves a personality and soft skill driven:

1. Culturally astute strong listening skills questioning skills keeps things moving

2. Comfortable with ambiguity

3. Great communication with all different types of people and different working styles

4. Extremely proactive

5. Comfortable with intense environment/uncomfortable situations

6. Strong delivery and execution experience

7. Banking/Financial knowledge

8. Experience with Ops technology and outsourcing

Plusses:

Document capture experience (BIGGEST plus)

AI/ML knowledge

RCSA experience
