The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of digital marketing services. This role involves coordinating managing and optimizing various operational processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients. The Digital Operations Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations enhance productivity and drive the overall success of our digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the delivery of digital marketing services increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals including project managers campaign specialists and analysts. Provide guidance support and training to ensure the teams success.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Client Relations: Collaborate with the client services team to understand client requirements expectations and feedback. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality services.
Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation including staffing and budgeting to meet project demands and deadlines effectively.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of work. Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and make datadriven decisions.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support digital marketing campaigns.
Technology Integration: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement tools and software that can improve operational efficiency.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance project status and key metrics to provide insights and transparency to leadership and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience 5 years in digital marketing services with a focus on operations management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies tools and technologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
