Senior Sustainability/ESG Advisory position
Location: Gurgaon

JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure initiatives ensuring compliance with GRI and other relevant standards.
Conduct detailed carbon footprint assessments and GHG emissions analysis for various clients.
Provide expert consulting services on sustainability and ESGrelated matters.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with clients business goals and regulatory requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to gather data and insights for sustainability reporting.
Lead a team of professionals providing guidance and support in their project execution.
Stay abreast of emerging trends regulations and best practices in sustainability and ESG.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate sustainability practices into core business processes.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management.
Manage client relationships and business development in the sustainability domain.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Environmental Science Sustainability or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability reporting carbon footprinting GHG emission analysis and GRI standards.
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks sustainability consulting and environmental regulations.
Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficient in sustainabilityrelated software and tools.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to sustainability principles.
