Executive - Operations FUPO

Job Summary

The Higher Executive Secured Logistics is responsible for development and execution of operational policies standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels; making datadriven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.

Analytical and logical he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

• Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
• Participate in valuebased culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
• Adhere to organisation’s governance compliance issues and reporting processes
• Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
• Communicate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals
• Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
• Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to design and implement technology projects
• Coordinate overall transportation operations
• Develop transport risk management plans to improve process of transport execution
• Execute warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge
• Develop warehousing standards for quality management systems

Job Requirements

• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications

• Knowledge of SAP / WMS will be an added advantage

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications

• 13 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
