Advanced is looking for an experienced Project Manager to supervise project plans and oversee general contractors to ensure their work is highquality finished efficiently and within the predetermined budget. - Tracking labor budgets along with monitoring corresponding schedules
- Arranging and orchestrating crews and subcontractors
- Proficient in writing estimates
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Reporting progress to clients
- Explaining contract and technical matters in a clear manner
- Preparing budgets cost estimates schedules and timelines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Project Management
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent timemanagement organizational leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of Xactimate software a plus
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driving license is required along with a safe driving record
