About the job:

Client is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant ready to shift away from traditional models for Tax Professionals in public accounting and move towards building equity in their own practice while becoming a partner in an established and thriving local firm.

Client is a unique business model allowing CPAs the opportunity to build their practice while providing support for typical practice management needs such as administrative tasks IT support etc.

The firm supports CPAs by transferring existing clients and new client referrals providing a salary until the CPA has developed a book of clients through which they provide their compensation and work for themselves while still having the support of seasoned partners.

The CPA will then pay 20% of client revenue for 5 years to the referring partner.

As this is a unique opportunity candidates with at least 5 years experience performing tax returns for individuals and small businesses who already have their CPA will be considered.

This is a longterm role and the ideal candidate is a CPA who wishes to have their own practice with the benefit of an existing firm sharing in all practice management costs.

Client goal is to develop personal relationships with clients to ensure meaningful and value added service so as to become their trusted adviser.

We want our clients comfortable with our recommendations knowing we do everything possible to consistently improve their financial health while staying compliant with local state and federal tax regulations.

As our clients financial advocate we share the burden of our clients income tax reporting responsibilities which should free up time for personal priorities.
