Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in project delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and driving successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills leadership abilities and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. Role Also takes ownership of Product Delivery hence requires strong background in Software Development.

Responsibilities

Experience playing the Scrum Master role and running at least 40 sprints life cycles for a software development team; diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory.

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/ Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/ Scrum frameworks.

Ensure that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.

Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the organization.

Arrange daily standup scrum meetings facilitate meetings schedule meetings demo and decisionmaking processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.

Grooming and maintaining the product backlog by working with the required stakeholders.
