Tasks

Working with an entrepreneurial mindset on your assigned projects to ensure endtoend ownership will have an impact on:

• Developing mapping and implementing scalable processes across our Company
• Collaborating with different internal and external stakolders to keep everyone informed about our project developments
• Supporting our new customer acquisition team on lead generation conversion and datadriven operations
• Developing and learning about our Marketing activities
• Supporting the Ventrue Development Domain to grow new customer projects as well as grow our existing presence
• Learning on how to grow a startup from day 2 onwards
• Develop longterm partnerships and drive business strategy
• Learn from the best senior industry executives (Marketing HR Finance Strategy)

Requirements

What you add to our Crew:

• Hunger for an extremely entrepreneurial experience
• Studying at a toptier university ideally in Finance Business or entrepreneurship
• First internships in Consulting IB or VC is a huge plus
• Great skills with the Microsoft/Google Suite
• Fluency in English and German is a big plus but not must have if you speak another language.
• Interest in Marketing Venture Development Operations
• Drive to learn and grow by solving a crutial challenge for Europes economy
