- Develop and prepare development plans to enhance effectiveness in the areas of office management and procurement
- Coordination and cooperation with external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and achieve results consistent with the departments’ institutional support agenda
- Develop and prepare the department’s annual procurement plan in coordination with the concerned parties and ensure that all purchases adhere to the prices set in the budget
