As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Fleet Management Department as directed by line manager, including but not limited to handling of confidential and sensitive issues with high degree of discretion and follow-ups while performing variety of administrative functions related to the Fleet offices in order to ensure smooth functioning. Some responsibilities of the role include: • Act as a point of contact between Management and various departments which will require the role to maintain, raise and close issues pertaining to the Fleet and Technical Pilot management offices. • Organize and execute proper working procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations work on PRISM application for day-to-day functionality ensuring deck crew event creations and closures. • Provide support to Fleet Management on a daily basis by coordinating with relevant teams to arrange interviews and investigations. Execute actions as per meeting outcomes and update relevant stakeholders. • Manage workstation setup for Management pilots, preparation of check-list, maintain and update IT asset records of Fleet Office. Ensure ITSRs are timely raised as per the requirements. • Arrange Visa, Duty Travel tickets, Hotel Accommodation for Fleet Management and Flight Deck Crew as per scheduled duty travel. • Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange initial aviation medical for FDC new joiners and ensure the Medical Certificate has updated in records to avoid any delay for their training. Qualifications About you: An ideal candidate should meet the below requirements: • Relevant College or University qualification with 3 years of job-related experience. • Well conversant with MS packages, proficient in internet/e-mail/AIMS operations. • Knowledge of QCAR, QCAR-FCL and Company training requirements. • Able to work independently and produce training reports. • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented and possesses strong follow-up skills. • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written English).
