Dy Vice President Asst Vice President Sr Manager - Debt Capital Market with Large Private Bank

Job Purpose Focus on origination of Debt Capital Market deals from nonflow issuers. Provide solutions for NCD issuance structured financing acquisition financing high yield and special situation deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Focus on origination of Debt Capital Market deals from nonflow issuers.

• Provide solutions for NCD issuance structured financing acquisition financing high yield and special situation deals.
• Lead efforts to identify and build relationships with promoters CFOs CXOs across target sectors. Scope and scan the market for opportunities and identify value proposition for clients.
• Prepare pitches for prospective issuers basis understanding of debt markets and ongoing market trends.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of investor expectations financial markets and regulatory landscape to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Work closely with mutual funds insurance companies banks funds FIIs and other institutional investors along with the Institutional Sales team to facilitate execution of client mandates.
• Negotiation and closure of all deal related documentation. Manage underwriting risk and ensure timely selldown of risk.
• Engage continuously with internal coverage teams risk team sales team rating agencies SEBI stock exchanges.

Educational Qualifications

• CA/MBA
• Established track record in executing bond and loan deals across section of clients Strong understanding of financial markets and credit Very strong relationship and negotiation skills Good team player

Experience Required

• Minimum experience of 48 years in relevant roles
