Symbiotic Services a leading staffing firm specializing in talent acquisition solutions is seeking an experienced ContracttoHire Recruiter to join our team on a B2B / 1099 basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to supplement your current workload and income while leveraging your expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fullcycle recruitment activities including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates for various client projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates including online job boards social media platforms networking events and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates clients and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a contract recruiter preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
- Openness to transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and agreement.
